11th Labex-NYU-SAFE/LawFin Law & Banking/Finance Conference
On 9-10 June 2021, the Financial Regulation Lab (LabEx ReFi), the New York University (NYU), the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE (SAFE) and the Center for Advanced Studies on the Foundations of Law and Finance (LawFin) jointly organized the 11th Labex-NYU-SAFE/LawFin Law & Banking/Finance Conference.
This annual conference regularly brings together a small group of top European and US ”law & banking/finance” scholars to address issues of current interest.
Due to the pandemic, it was convened as a virtual meeting discussing eight working papers on banking and regulation.
Ryan Bubb (NYU School of Law), Gérard Hertig (ETH-Labex), Christophe Moussu (ESCP), Alain Pietrancosta (Sorbonne Law School), Michael Troege (ESCP Europe), and Tobias Tröger (Goethe University, LawFin) formed the organizing committee.
Funds for this conference were generously provided by the Comfort Family Fund.
